Traditional Christmas exhibition of the Group 9 is open. I became their new member. The exhibition is open until the end of the month at the St. Krševan's gallery studio.

I present to you my new work, the painting of the Merciful Jesus, for the namesake chapel in the parish of Drnis. The painting was created on the model of presentation of the vision of St. Faustina.

The blessing of the chapel, which is decorated as part of the parish home, will be held on Tuesday 8 December at 18.00.

Slivija Sunara, a Drniš local, graduated from the Split School of Fine Arts and received her degree at the Split Art Academy, mentored by professor Gorko Žuvela. One could say that she has been living art her entire life.

She has had nine independent exhibitions. She has used various techniques, and in the past few years, she has been creating mosaics. She mostly works with large scales; hence, her pictures can be built into walls or stand in a certain space on their own. Silvija is also interested in applied arts – she decorates mirrors. Oils paints are her favourite painting technique next to mosaics.
